Your account
The email with the code doesn't arrive
Check your spam or promotions folder. If it isn't there, click Send another code on the sign-in screen. Each code is valid for 15 minutes.
I forgot my password
On the sign-in screen, click Forgot your password? and we'll send you a code to set a new one. If you sign in with Google, you don't need a password.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, in Settings, at the bottom: Delete my account. Your hands, your study plan and your settings are deleted, and if you have Flopmortem Pro, it's cancelled.
Importing your hands
Which poker sites can I import from?
PokerStars, Winamax, 888poker, the iPoker network and ACR, NL Hold'em cash in 6-max and full ring. In the app, Import hands tells you where your site saves its hand histories and how to turn them on.
Some hands aren't imported
Flopmortem only reads No Limit Hold'em cash: tournaments and other variants are skipped, and the import report tells you so. If a whole file is rejected, check that it's the text hand history your site saves (.txt, or .xml on iPoker) and not an export from another program.
Is there a maximum number of hands?
Each account keeps up to 200,000 hands, and each file can be up to 20 MB.
Flopmortem Pro
What does it include?
The AI Coach without limits (with a fair use cap of 200 uses a day), all your hands in the replayer, the study plan forever and the desktop app. You see the price in Flopmortem Pro, before paying.
How do I cancel or download my invoices?
In the app: your account menu, My subscription, Manage my subscription. It's done on Stripe's secure page, and you keep Pro until the end of the paid month.
I want to withdraw within the first 14 days
Write to us from your account's email: we refund what you paid minus the days you've already had it. All the details are in the Terms.
The desktop app
Where do I download it?
It's for Flopmortem Pro: in the web app, your account menu, Downloads. It works on Windows 10 and 11 and there's nothing to install.
Windows says it protected my PC
The app isn't signed yet, so the first time Windows doesn't recognize it. Click More info and then Run anyway.
New hands don't show up
Check that the linked folder (bottom left, in the app) is your site's hand history folder and that your site is saving them. Hands come in by themselves within seconds and are uploaded to your account when the table stops.
The AI Coach
How many times can I use it?
With the free account, 10 uses a month; with Flopmortem Pro, without limits, with a fair use cap of 200 a day. Each question and each "Analyze with AI" counts as one use, on the website and in the desktop app.
What does the AI see of my hands?
They're sent anonymized: you're "Hero" and each opponent is their position. More in Privacy.
